Do your clients own a vacation home in New Hampshire, Vermont, or on the Cape? Do they live on the border of Connecticut, Rhode Island, or Massachusetts? Join NAELA members  and attorneys from Maine, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Vermont, and New Hampshire for the 2nd Annual New England Regional Elder Law Program. Our presenters will discuss current issues in elder law in their respective states. Topics will include comparisons and contrasts in estate planning, estate taxes, probate and Medicaid among these New England states.

Format:

This event will be hybrid, with both an in-person and live stream option. In-person attendance will be limited to 50 people. In addition to the live presentation, everyone who registers will receive access to the recording when it becomes available.


CLE Information:


  • MaineWe have received approval for 5.25 hours of credit.  You MUST attend in-person or live stream to receive creditcredit cannot be obtained by viewing the recording. Also, when registering please provide your Bar Number.
